About this Role:
My client is looking for an experienced site manager with a varied commercial background to start in a few weeks on a multi million pound project in Tadley. This is a temporary contract for approximately 18 months.
About the Company/Client/Project:

The role is within the project team and you will be reporting to a project manager and contracts manager. It will also be to look after the sub-contractor works on site with both externals and internal packages in there.
Dealing with the sub-contractors and labour on site, you will assist the project manager to cover the ground and make sure the quality of work and safe practices are adhered to over the course of the project. You will act as your own number one on your part of the scheme in charge of RAMS / safety and daily site diary's and walk rounds across the site.
You will be key in both daily and weekly meetings and also the on site management. as required as well as pre start meeting and technical queries' and Inspection test plans for subcontractors quality on the project .
Requirements including certificates and qualifications:
Applicants must have up to date CSCS SMSTS and 1st aid as well as experience on education projects for the main contractors from start to finish in excess of £5 million in the past
Ideally candidates should be used to working for main contractors and have a no nonsense attitude to health and safety, be organized with paperwork and the management of technical issues out on site.
