Looking for a Freelance site manager opportunity? Can you get to Bedford?

* Accessible location with parking
* Contract type: Freelance with possibility of turning perm
* Salary/Rate: £240 - £270 per day (dependant upon experience)
* Work for a highly regarded Developer

The Role

Reporting in to a Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the site, your role will include but not be limited to:

* Provide clear direction to the on-site construction team
* Managing day to day operations of site
* Managing all staff and subcontractors
* Ensure build is to specification and with a high level of detail
* Producing accurate reports on time
* Ensure the quality of every aspect of the project

About You

* You will have gained circa 2+ years experience, ideally working for a residential developer.
* SMSTS. First aid and CSCS qualified
* Be able to manage people and multiple subcontractor packages
* Recent and relevant experience
* Strong organisational skills with proven time management skills.
