An ambitious and growing East Sussex regional contractor are now looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to manage contracts across the Sussex area. This business is a privately owned contractor and work in the residential new build sectors. Their projects consist of schemes from £500k to £5 million in project value. In the last 2 years they have become more involved in design and build and have a number of number of new build housing schemes starting this year.



* Management of construction projects up to £5M in value
* Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors
* Management of programme
* Client meetings and associated issues
* Health and Safety management
* Motivating and inspiring the team
* Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained

To be considered for this role you will have experience of managing contracts with values over £1M in the residential sector.
