A Site Manager is needed to lead a £3m CAT A commercial office refurbishment in central London.

The position is for a Construction Manager to oversee all site related activities on a 3 floor CAT A refurbishment. You will be reporting to a Project Manager, with an on site team reporting to you - to manage the subcontractors and ensure the timely delivery of the project to the required quality.

The client requires someone with experience as a Senior Construction Manager on CAT A office fit out projects of this value previously, with supporting references. The project runs for 8 months and as such you will have the ability to work on fast paced high value projects as a lead.

The Senior Site Manager requirements:

* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on CAT B office fit out projects as lead £1m+
* Carpentry background preferable


* Overseeing subcontractors on site and reporting to the Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
