Site Manager - Retail/Restaurant Fit out - Immediate Start - £230-£270/day

We are searching for experienced Site Managers within the retail fit out sector.

This is a role for multiple projects which can be anywhere between 6 weeks and 6 months long.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history in fast track retail and restaurant fit out.

The Senior Site Manager requirements:



* SMSTS
* CSCS card
* First Aid
* Worked on retail/leisure fit out projects
* Carpentry background preferable

Duties:



* Overseeing subcontractors on site and reporting to the Project Manager
* Forward thinking and able to work to tight deadlines
* Able to plan ahead and establish solutions with the PM to overcome any problems/issues that may arise
* Trade background would be preferable or with excellent attention to detail
* Confident with finishing trades and compiling/completing snagging lists
* Looking for freelance work
