Site Manager

Permanent postion - Projects in Sussex - Salary up to £50k

An Award Winning Contractor seeking Site Manager to join their successful and expanding team!

Initiallly you will be jioning a project in Brighton (£12 mil) with the support of a Senior Site Manager. Future projects could consist of healthcare, education or commercial ranging from £6 - £25mil.

This opportunity is ideal for a Sussex based Site Manager looking to improve on work / life balance.

Duties: As Site Manager, you will be assisting Senior Site Manager with delivery of the project, your duties will include:

* Responsibility for an Assistant Site Manager
* Managing sub-contactors including tool box talks, site inductions, RAMS & Method statements, coordination and logistics, permits
* Quality checking and problem solving
* Schedule of works & working with Senior Site Manager and Planner to update programme
* Attending meetings with client


* Previous experience as a Site Manager working for a Main Contractor within Construction industry
* Project experience in commercial, education or healthcare is ideal
* SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS is essential
* Highly Organised
* Good problem solvers
* Work well under pressure
