job description

Site Manager required for an external refurbishment programme on a large private residential apartment block, and also another Site Manager required for the fit out of a restaurant. These opportunities are both with an East Sussex based Main Contractor, that is established and has a solid repeat business client base. The company tend to work on projects up to £3M in value.

The majority of your projects will be delivered under the JCT suite of contracts, however they do also get involved in some Design and Build work. Working for this company as a Site Manager and you can rely on having a diverse role, as they work across a range of sectors, you can rely on have a secure role, as the company have weathered tough times in the past without needing to reduce workforce and you can rely on receiving a leading salary compared to other companies in the area.
