job description

Randstad are currently recruiting for a site manager's position in Exeter, working on a district council HQ. Working directly with the client, they are aiming to recruit someone to sufficiently oversee all activities and staff to ensure high standards of financial control, procurement and work.

This transnational company, founded over a century ago, is a world leader in construction and can offer many prospective roles. Being a successfully growing international business, they lead in sustainable and innovative outcomes for clients whilst offering a multitude of public services.

The ideal candidate must have industry applicable qualifications, vast experience and contractual awareness. You will be well versed in Microsoft packages, communicating and customer focus. You must also have SSMTS, Site Safety Plus and not be enduring annual leave between July and September. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful and driven company and an equally prosperous team.

The benefits are vast and include, but are not limited to; private medical care, access to discounted goods, attractive holiday entitlement and employee assistance programmes. The salary is roughly around £220 per day and the project will end on the 30th September, provided there are no delays.

This will be a two stage interview, if you would like further information please contact Courtney Hurd, office number 01454610000.
