Excellent opportunity for Site Manager / Senior Site Manager £60 - £65k plus package. Permanent opportunity with leading National Developer.

We are currently looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Site Manager for an excellent opportunity with one of our top clients, a leading Developer of prestigious new housing developments across Kent.

Due to continued growth within the business incorporating a number of new developments and phases starting now and later this year, our client is looking for a number of Site managers or Senior Site managers across Kent, but in particular they are looking for a Site Manager for a Development in Ebbsfleet which has a number of phases running at the same time.

You will become part of a driven and determined team reporting into a Project Manager. You will be responsible for the day to day programme of the phase you are working on, the health and safety, quality control, sub contractor control and monitoring and all the day to day requirements of Residential Site Manager.
