Site Manager

Contracts Manager

My client is one of the leading regional business who have an immediate need for a General Works Site manager. This is a rapidly growing business delivering schemes between 1-4m GBP in value on a mix of frameworks and competitively tendered works.

The projects will consist of Education, MoD and health schemes in the main and you will be responsible for managing one scheme from start to finish. You will report to a Contracts Manager and must be happy travelling throughout the Surrey area. Ideally you will have a background in delivering similar education / health or MoD schemes.

Requirements



* Education / Health / MoD Experience - Main contractor
* HNC / Degree level / City and Guilds education or equivalent
* Full UK Driving License
* CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid
* Previous Contracts Management experience
