Would you like to work as one of three Site Managers on a brand new high-end scheme, and be part of a skilled Site Management team that will deliver 50 high-end homes in East Sussex. Have you been waiting for an excellent local project that you can be instrumental in from the very start? Do you want to work for a privately owned, cash rich, design led developer, then read on....

If successful you will be one of two Site Managers working under a Project Manager looking after one of two phases. One phase has 22 houses and the other has 38. The project will delivered over 18 months, once ground works have been completed.

As Site Manager you will be responsible for;



* Site Management of all activities on site from site set up to completion
* Responsibility for H&S and ensuring a safe and tidy site
* Production of short term programmes
* Quality Assurance
* Chairing regular site meetings

To be considered for the role you must have;



* CSCS
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Considerable experience leading multi-unit new build sites
