Senior Site Manager - New Build Housing - PERMANENT Opportunity

I have an immediate requirement for a Senior Site Manager for one of my key clients in the North West who specialise in the new build housing sector. I am urgently seeking a Senior Site Manager to deliver new build units between 2 - 4 bedroom units, with the first site based in Huyton for an initial duration of 1.5 years, which is due to start on site in the new year.

My client are aiming to place someone prior to that in order to have them buddy up with one of their current Site Managers on one of their live sites, to get them up to speed with procedures and process before starting on their own site.

As a Senior Site Manager you will have;

Extensive new build housing experience

SMSTS CSCS (Black) First Aid

Worked for the likes of Bellway, Redrow, Miller Homes etc

Structured career history

Delivered housing sites up to 100 units

Interviews are available this upcoming week (3rd Dec) and a start can be organised this side of Christmas !
