My client is seeking a Site Manager. The organisation is a high profile regional Midlands main building contractor who has a reputation in delivering high quality schemes ranging from £15M to £80M in value. The company carry out work across all sectors. However, their reputation is strong in the sectors of Health, Distribution, Leisure, Commercial, Education, Retail & Multiroom.

The company undertakes an array of Design & Build projects from Education, Student Accommodation, Office Developments and large Industrial Schemes.

They are seeking a Site Manager with a Building background to work on multiple building projects in Leicester on a freelance basis.

Experience in any of the following key sectors would be an advantage: Commercial, Student Accommodation & Education.

Duties will include the following:



* Full project delivery
* Main point of contact with the client/sub-contractors on site
* Managing the development to programme
* Responsible for productivity in all areas on site
* Maintaining health & safety on site
* Managing the site team and sub-contractors
* Procurement of trades and labour
* Maintaining site records and diaries
