Site Manager

Have you got experience as a Site Manager on residential projects? Have you worked on both social and private housing projects?

We are currently seeking to appoint a Site Manager in the West who specializes in the Residential and Building markets, boasting a widespread and diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role:



* Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets.
* Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion.
* Liaising with onsite Sales Executives.
* Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates.
* Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process.
* Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered.

The person:



* Previous experience working on residential projects is essential.
* Knowledge of the building process, including NHBC standards and general Building Regulations
* First Aid qualified
* CSCS card holder and Manager/Supervisor level.
* Attention to detail
* Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
