Position: Seeking a Site Manager to manage high-end residential refurbishment projects in Central London. Ensuring project is delivered safely through effective planning & use of method and risk assessments Point of contact for Client, Sub-Contractors and Public. Managing completion and the handover to the client Ensure that the programme deadlines are achievedEnsure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of qualityManage and maintain the project budgetary requirementsEnsuring sufficient resources are in place; while maintaining budget for successful completion of the project.Managing sub-contractors, carrying out H&S checks, quality checks, permits etc
Requirements Previous experience as Site Manger working for a main contractor Experience running high-spec residential projects HNC / HND / Degree in Construction Management is desirable CSCS, SMSTS, First aid
