Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity in the North East of England?

We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to lead a well established new build site in Newcastle city centre. The client we are working exclusively with is a large national main contractor, with an increasing pipeline for the coming years. The vacancy has came due to an ever expanding site list.

Package & Benefits:

*£40,000 - £50,000 basic salary

*Car allowance


*Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client's specifications and requirements are met

*Liaising with the client, other construction professionals

*Coordinating and supervising construction workers

*Selecting tools and materials

*Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety procedures are adhered to

*Preparing site reports, designs and drawings

*Maintaining quality control procedures

*Assessing and minimising the risk

What we are looking for:

*5+ years experience in a number 1 role

*Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs
*Strong management skills
*Able to push and drive subcontractors
*Excellent organisational skills
*Good level of IT literacy
*CSCS Card
*First Aid
