    Become a Site Manager on a brand new residential project in Northampton. You will be No.1 on a new traditional scheme, working on a 17,000 unit flagship project working on a phase of approximately 150 units or traditional houses and apartments.

    Our client creates 5 star quality homes consistently across the country, receiving the highest customer satisfaction rating in the UK. They pride themselves on their attention to detail and commitment from their team to create the finest family homes.

    Duties

    • Be on site reporting to Contracts Manager
    • Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met and project is delivered efficiently
    • Programming
    • Liaise with contractors in meetings
    • Manage day-to-day operations ensuring it is in accordance with specifications and build programme
    • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
    • Provide and check reports on progression
    • Ensuring development passes NHBC practices
    • Monitor and control quality of production
    • Snagging/desnagging

    Qualifications

    • Experience running residential construction projects
    • New build, residential experience
    • Must have timber frame knowledge
    • SMSTS, CSCS - Black
    • First Aid
    • Scaffold awareness
