Site Manager - Surrey - £250 a day

An experienced Site Manager is required to oversee fit out packages on a large new build residantial project in Surrey. The project is valued at approximately £40m has been on site for the last 18 months. The RC frame is now complete and the fit out has just started. The successful candidate will have experience of managing residential fit out packages from 1st fix through to handover with this also preferably including a mixture of both private sale and affordable housing. Ideally the Site Manager will have also some previous experience of working at a high spec developer and will have come from a trades background.

Role/duties:
Reporting to a site based Project Manager they will be required to ensure smooth construction process including managing of all site labour and sub-contractors, management of construction programme, minimising/eliminating potential programme delays. The Site Manager will also liaise with the client, subcontractors, associated consultants and be able to chair regular progress meetings.

Qualifications:
Relevant qualification and tickets - CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid.
