Our client is a leading developer who is looking to employ a Site Manager for a 66 unit, traditional build project just outside of Rochester Kent. This is a brand new project and a requirement that comes from continued growth and expansion across the South East.

The project is a collection or 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses , very good quality build and finish and a brand new stand alone project where you will be reporting directly into the Regional Contract Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity with a growing business with a number of award winning sites across Kent. There is a lot of work planned over the next five years and they have a enviable land bank that needs to be developed.

Please apply if you have experience of delivering similar sized projects from the first stages through to completion and live within a daily commutable distance to Rochester.
