Site Manager required for a main contractor; working on a construction site in Sherborne.

The position has arisen due to high work volume and not enough in house staff

Benefits:

Working for a main contractor who has a market reputation of delivering large multi million pound screams. This particular job is phase one of three, each phase is a one year build program so therefore you could be with the business for the next three years.

Responsibilities:



* Managing Heath & Safety
* Completing site paper work
* Organisation and management of sub contractors
* Overall delivery of project
* Planning and Programing Project
* Managing Heath and Safety

Requirements:



* Must have commercial experience
* Client Facing Role
* Overcome any unforeseen problems
* Must have had similar project experience as the number one site manager
* Must have SMSTS, CSCS and Frist Aid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Site Manager,, we will be looking to progress suitable candidates asap with a view to start within two weeks. This is a contract role and as such would not be suitable for someone who is permanently employed.
