Site Manager required for new phase of Timber frame houses in Sittingbourne. Salary up to £60k and package including an excellent bonus scheme.

We are currently recruiting for a leading Developer who requires a Site Manager with timber Frame housing experience for a new phase of an existing project near Sittingborne in Kent. Its a multi phased project with a number of years work planned. They also have an exceptional land bank across Kent with a large number of new developments planned in the next few years.

You will be joining an existing Site Manager and reporting into a regional Contract Manager working together to deliver the next phase of a mixed traditional and timber frame project.

The client is looking for someone with experience of working developer side as a Site Manager and ideally they will have worked on timber frame projects. The ability to work in a team environment, the ability to drive a site and operatives forward are required.

Salary is competitive but the bonuses and packages are market leading.
