Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you a proven Site Manager looking for a new challenge in a company that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop?

My client, one of the most respected and renowned developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present is looking for a Site Manager to join a project looking after the internals within a residential block. Reporting into a Project Manager you will be responsible for the block from first fix until handover.

The site, in South West London, is easily accessible by Public Transport and by Private vehicle and is at a relatively infant stage so there is plenty left to do.


* A basic salary depending on experience
* Company car or allowance
* Discretionary bonus (Dependant on level)

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to successfully deliver the project which has the potential to offer promotions and progression due to the project lasting another 7 years.

Key Skills

* Experience within the new homes development industry, having worked for a house builder
* Internals experience from first fix to handover
* Commercially aware and focused on delivering to targets
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
