Site Manager- Residential Developer

Are you a competent, ambitious Site Manager looking for a fresh challenge for a Residential Developer that can offer a healthy pipeline of work with huge potential to grow and develop?

My client, one of the most respected, renowned residential developers that has a turnover exceeding £2bn with over 2000 units live on site at present is looking for a Site Manager with residential new build experience for an 80 unit development due to finish in two years time.

The site in Surrey is easily accessible by public transport and private vehicle.

The individuals will be an integral part of the team to help deliver the project which consists of apartments and houses up to five bedrooms in size whilst reporting into a Senior Site Manager.

* Traditional build and RC Frame experience
* Strong leadership skills
* Relationship building skills both within the team and with wider organisations
* Excellent problem solving and investigative skills
* IT literate- well versed in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point
