I am currently working with an award winning contractor on an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to deliver the luxury amenities on a £100m residential development. The successful candidate will have a wealth of internal high-end fit out experience. The amenities, will include, leisure facilities, bars, swimming pools, foyers.

Responsibilities:

* Taking responsibility for the day to day running and problem solving of a section of the development

* Managing sub contractors and trades in order to deliver within program
* Ensuring health and safety on site

Requirements:

* Valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid certificates
* Proven track record on projects from start to finish
* Developer or contractor experience
