Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-value refurbishment projects, particularly with listed buildings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
