Randstad C&P are currently recuriting for a Site Manager to work on an exciting internal refurbishment of a prestigious listed building! We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Site Manager to oversee this unique project, ensuring high-quality delivery while preserving the building's historic integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site activities for the internal refurbishment of a listed building, adhering to heritage conservation regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and specialist trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices on-site.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with clients, heritage bodies, and local authorities to ensure compliance with listed building regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within the refurbishment of listed or heritage buildings.
- Strong understanding of listed building regulations, conservation techniques, and working with specialist materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team of contractors and tradespeople.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring both modern standards and historic authenticity are met.
- SMSTS certification, CSCS card and relevant health and safety qualifications.
