I am delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing Tier 1 national main contractor in their search for a Site Manager, based in Leeds & York. The role has arisen to continued expansion of the organisation, which have turnover at circa £1Bn! Even though the business is at such a high turnover, they still manage to have and keep that family feel to the business!

They work across a diverse range of Project types, from new build, extensions and refurbishments across Commercial & Residential, with Project values ranging from £5M to £100M.

Provide functional leadership and an effective and professional planning programming service for pre contract and project teams, on a complex or major project or cluster of projects.

Key Accountabilities will include:



* Review design drawings for build-ability and co-ordination. Raise RFI where appropriate
* Manage the flow of sub-contractors design information as delegated by the Project Manager to suit the programme of works on site
* Assist the Project Manager and or design manager to produce and monitor the MIRS
* Agree sub-contractors long term and short term programme and monitor performance against these programme
