My client is looking for a Site Secretary in Birmingham City Centre to start ASAP

Hours - 8am - 4pm

Role: Site Secretary You will be based on site to support site management team in administration duties. Filing and retrieval of documents when asked. Taking care of document control for the project. Organising administration for the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue reports from 4Projects when needed

- Weekly checks of uploads on 4Projects

- Keep up to date with the O & M manuals, chasing information and updating the trackers and folders

-Printing out A3 size of drawings

- Updating Drawing folders on site

- Ordering full size drawings from Head Office

- Filing all the relevant documentation

- Keeping track of Waste Notes

- Greeting site visitors when they come to the office

- Distribution of correspondence on site

- Filling in Section 106 report

- Filing Induction forms (electronic and hard copies)

- Taking and typing meeting minutes when asked

- Placing requisitions

- Updating Material and Plant trackers / sheets scanning back to HQ (Discuss with Procurement)

- Uploading data to Checkmate system

- Creating signs for the site

- Helping with general Admin tasks on site / Had Hoc
