Site Secretary - Hatfield - £12 - £14 per hour

Responsibilities of the successful Site Secretary includes:

* Booking meeting rooms
* Organising/Ordering refreshments
* Welcoming all visitors to the office
* Manage routine administrative tasks
* Taking and distributing meeting notes
* Preparing reports and meeting briefs
* Management of own and others office filing.

Requirements of the successful Site Secretary includes:

* Confident, positive and helpful communication style
* Polite, organised and customer focused
* Able to manage own workload with the ability to think ahead
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Effectively manage up where required
* Excellent team player capable of flexible approach
* Advanced Microsoft Office experience - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
* Proficient keyboard and typing skills
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach
* High standard of personal presentation
* Proven track record in a receptionist/administrator role is highly desirable
