Are you a skilled labourer looking for long term work?

One of our local clients is looking to recruit 2x semi skilled labourers in the County Durham area.

Candidates must have had experience working within the domesic industry including both void and occuopied properties.

Successful candidates will have had experience carrying out the following and will be confident in carrying out the works on a day to day basis:

* All aspects of general labouring
* Bricklaying
* Maintenance of painting works (full walls will not be necessary)
* Maintenance and general upkeep of plastering (dot and dab)
* Maintenance and general joinery repairs such as boxing in around pipeworks, fitting and replacing cupboard door handles and hinges
* All other aspects of repairs and maintenance inside domestic properties such as tiling or repairing tiles on splashbacks, damp work, replacing doors

Candidates should be confident to also carry out any external works such as:

* Fixing fences
* Patching up pavements
* Working with concrete

The client has expressed an interest that they will take on candidates who have had an abundance of experience in all of the above.
