Are you an experienced Small Works Manager? Seeking your next role in the Swansea area?
Have you got experience in providing technical support to the Senior Teams?
In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of quoting and delivery of Small Works and also providing technical support to the Senior Team and Engineers.
The ideal candidate will need to be from a strong technical background and have a proven track record in project supervision, You will also ideally hold an SMSTS & Electrical Qualifications.
Main duties.
- Project planning and delivery.
- Providing technical support
- Project accounting & finance .
- Work with the Project Manager/ Head of Projects to ensure changes are understood and approved.
Job requirements.
- SMSTS
- NEBOSH
- IOSH
- Electrically qualified
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- Be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients.
- Be able to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
- Ability to deliver projects on time and on budgets.
