Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Carrying a complex caseload and maintaining accurate, up to date files for CIN & CP (there may be some care proceedings also)
- Working directly with families, children and young people of a set age range
- Attending child protection and safeguarding meetings
- Report writing
- Carry out home visits, child protection investigations and attend court where required
The minimum requirements for this role are:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
- Enhanced DBS
