- Randstad will be looking for Highway operatives for work in Oxford. Work will consist of all aspects of highways work including signage and ducting general highways work. Randstad will be looking for gangers, skilled op and labourers all with the correct medicals and highways passports. We will also be looking for skilled footways operatives to work a role building footways so kerbing experience will be needed for this also.
