Specialist One to One Study Skills Support- Grimsby

Working with disabled students will bring you the pleasure of seeing them develop, grow, and fulfil their potential, whilst also empowering them with confidence making them more independent in every day life.

Responsibilities:



* To provide one-to-one support to students with disabilities at the institution in their dedicated support rooms with some of the state of the art facilities.
* To work with students to develop their essay writing skills, exam preparation and academic performance
* Also, to implement non-subject specific support strategies that will aid them for the rest of their lives, outside of studies.
* Create a manageable schedule for you and your students.
* To report student attendance daily via the Opus system to ensure students remain on track for academic progression and success.

Requirements:



* Full or associate membership to PATOSS, BDA, ADSHE, or Dyslexia Guild
* Commit to your student caseload so that you are with them every step of the way.
