A specialised school in the Haywards Heath area is looking for a motivated, highly skilled and qualified speech and language therapist to join their integrated therapy team. You will be working closely with Autistic children. This is a unique opportunity to develop your clinical skills within an educational environment with an extensive CPD programme.

Requirements for this role:
* Recognised SLT degree/qualification
* HCPC Licence to Practice
* Evidence of CPD e.g. membership of relevant CEN
* Experience working in SEND setting

Your Role:
* To demonstrate clinical effectiveness by use of evidence based practice and outcome measures.
* To work through the school's professional development programme on applied behaviour analysis and to work towards certification in this area
* To assess pupils and write reports to contribute to Annual Review process

Your Responsibilities:
* Planning and delivering group and individual therapy and integrating therapy targets into the classrooms and individual class programmes.
* Assessing and providing intervention for a range of pupils with paediatric language and communication disorders.
* Planning and implementing appropriate therapy interventions, working collaboratively with parents and school staff.
* Integrating therapy programmes with principles of applied behaviour analysis where appropriate.
