Keen to work in a Top 20 Care Home? Want to build up experience and have the support to become a Home Manager? A trusted care company is looking for a Staff Nurse for one of there highly rates homes in Birmingham, could this be the position for you?

We're looking for an experienced Staff Nurse to lead from the front for a purpose-built, 'GOOD' nursing home in Birmingham. This service has two homes on one site, this is split into x2 Nursing Dementia units and x2 General Nursing units these are staffed with x1 nurse and x5 carers as well as a senior nurse working across both units in each home.

Location: Birmingham, B9

Salary: £18ph - £20ph (£36,000pa - £40,000pa)

Hours: Full-time or part-time, days or nights

- Leading your team, you will be in charge of all day-to-day care activity in your designated unit

- Maintaining accurate records for residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards

- You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of residents

- Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies and relatives

- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centered care


- NMC registered; RGN, RMN or RNLD

- Experience in a nursing home is desirable

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice, and dignity in the home

- Ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
