This service offers specialist Dementia Care to Elderly residents as well as offering care to younger adults with Learning Disabilities or Complex Mental Health needs.

The facility is split into two units Residential and Nursing. The Nursing unit us staffed with x2 Staff Nurses and x9 carers.

Hours - Full-time or Part-time, days or nights

Salary - up to £18ph (£45,000pa)

Location - Kidderminster, DY11

Responsibilities


- Maintaining accurate records for residents whilst consistently delivering the very highest care standards

- You will take responsibility for assessing the physical, mental and social needs of residents

- Creating and developing strong links with local professional bodies and relatives

- Show commitment to the group and share their ethos of delivering a high standard of person-centered care

- You will have the autonomy you need to make a real difference

Requirements

- NMC registered, ideally an RMN, however relevant experience will be considered

- Experience in a nursing home is desirable

- You will be committed to championing independence, choice, and dignity in the home


- Ability to communicate at all levels and build trusting relationships
