Staff Nurse
Location: Leigh, WN7
Hours: Days or Nights, Full or Part Time
Salary: £16.05ph (£35,000pa) Negotiable

With this medium-sized private healthcare provider, you will initially receive a thorough 5-day induction before taking the reins- with 90% of the senior team being from internal promotions, there is plenty of scope for progression!

This post is for one of the company's Leigh services that provides care to residents with neuro-disabilities, brain injuries, mental ill-health, stroke damage and early on-set dementia. The provision features 30 beds split into three 10-bedded units staffed with one nurse and six carers as well as Nursing Management support.

Responsibilities
- Aid in the training of new care assistants and nurses
- Supervise your designated unit, ensuring the shift runs smoothly
- Promote independence and dignity in everyday life
- Assess care needs and develop person-centered care plans
- Communicate effectively with an MDT, service users and their families


Requirements
- NMC registration- either RGN, RMN or RNLD
- A flexible attitude
- The ability to develop strong relationships
