Are you a Registered Nurse? Can you commute to Widnes? Are you looking for continual 3 days work per week but on an agency rate?

Well we can give you that!

This would be to work as a Registered General Nurse or a Registered Mental Health Nurse in a 44 bedded nursing home.

In this service there are 2 nursing floors, Riverside Unit which is a General Nursing Unit with 23 beds and the Sycamore Unit which is an EMI Nursing unit with 21 beds; this is where we need you!

In this nursing home you will find 2 nurses on shift day and night; with a number of carers to support you. Also the 2 Clinical Lead Nurses in this home are long standing Randstad Nurses so you know you will be well looked after here. With a welcoming and friendly multi-disciplinary team to work with.

As a Staff Nurse your main responsibilities are as follows:
- Operate to the best of your ability whilst carefully administering medication.
- Work alongside other fellow professionals within a multidisciplinary team
- Adhering to the NMC code at all times.
- Create and manage care plans throughout the nursing home.
- Identifying and attending any emergencies within the service.
- Support both on and off the floor whether that is management or carers.

The clinical skills that may be required in various settings include:
- Catheter care
- Peg feeding
- Clinical examinations
- Injections
- Dressings
- Wound care

Requirements for this role:
*To have a valid UK NMC PIN
*To hold a minimum of 6 months experience
*Nursing Degree qualification
