Static Air Conditioning Engineer - Euston - Up to £39,100

A fantastic opportunity to work for a Large HVAC Maintenance provider at a well known building in Euston.

The successful candidates will need to be Air Conditioning qualified to City & Guilds in Air conditioning and should have extensive building services knowledge. Experience of working within a university environment would be beneficial. Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRV's, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - week 1: 7am-3pm Week 2: 3pm-11pm (40 Hours week)


* Salary of up to £39,100 Depending on experience.
* Plenty of overtime on site and someone that isn't averse to this would be desirable

* Level 2 Refridgeration & Air Conditioning (at least)
* Commercial Building Maintenance experience
* Enthusiastic and client facing
* Physically fit due to large site
