Ford Europe is responsible for producing, selling and servicing Ford brand vehicles in 50 individual markets and employs approximately 52,000 employees at its wholly owned facilities and approximately 66,000 people within their joint ventures and unconsolidated businesses.

Ford Europe operations include the Ford Customer Service Division and 24 manufacturing facilities (16 wholly owned or consolidated joint venture facilities and eight unconsolidated joint venture facilities). The first Ford cars were shipped to Europe in 1903 - coinciding with the foundation of Ford Motor Company - and European production started in 1911.

Autonomous vehicles are a critical part of Ford's future and they are looking for the best and brightest individuals to join this successful, dynamic and creative team. The role will require critical thinking and problem solving capabilities - you will help make strategic decisions that will cement Ford's leadership in autonomy, connectivity, mobility, customer experience, and analytics.


Responsibilities:



* Collect, analyze, and interpret data and form actionable insights that address key corporate strategic challenges and support development of products and services in the autonomous vehicle space
* Take a consumer-focused, "Jobs-to-be-Done" approach to framing the business opportunity / challenge
* Develop externally-informed insights that drive an enterprise wide point of view and strategic decisions
* Apply consumer insights, competitive intelligence, regulatory and market trends and identify opportunities to improve or create new customer experience and business opportunities
* Support development of inorganic strategic initiatives that help Ford achieve its business objectives
* Actively support and/or lead, multiple projects - including detail tasks, milestones, objectives, scope, and timing
* Distill data, insights, and information into compelling, easy-to-digest presentation materials

Required Qualification:



* Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Finance
* Track record of strategy consulting from consulting firm, experience in investment banking and/or strategy experience in a start-up, technology, or mobility solutions company

Preferred Qualifications:



* MBA
* Strong analytical skill set including the ability to collect & quickly analyze market data and consumer data
* Strong business acumen and ability to meet with senior leadership
* Ability to think and act independently
* Proficient in the ability to plan, organize & drive results in an unstructured environment
* Demonstrated capability of oral/ written presentation skills - able to represent a concise point of view (POV) and communicate ideas in a clear, concise, and compelling manor
* Ability to develop detailed financial models
