I am looking for a permanent Sub Agent to join my client, a busy tier 2 contractor on a brand new rail contract due to start in the next month. This is a London based role looking for an experienced candidate ready to develop their career even further.
My client, a family run civil engineering and rail contractor are looking for a strong Sub Agent to join their team and help run a multi-million-pound contract due to start very soon. The scope of work includes, structures, rail works, civil engineering, groundworks and general building all in a rail environment. This is a permanent position which can offer you a high salary, company car and guaranteed bonus each year!

Candidate responsibilities:Ensure quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specificationPlan and organise all labour on siteKeeping site records and registers up to dateProduce monthly reports for financial forecasting, monitoring and control of project costDelivery of projects from design to handoverInterfacing with a variety of internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with estimating, surveying and health/environment departmentsKey point of contact for clients for project progressSet the highest example for Health and Safety Requirements
Candidate Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Previous experience working on station refurbishment contracts CSCS cardPTS ticket (desirable)
