Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join various exciting highways and civils projects for a specialist groundworks and frames subcontractor in and around the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area! Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)
- Daily liaison with clients
- Daily liaison with site foreman
- Assisting resolving daily project issues
- Liasing with QS
- RAMS
- Lift plans
- Project programmes
- Lookahead programmes
- ITPs
- Monitoring site progress
- Meetings
- Resource management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HNC, etc.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highways, 278 works, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
