Sub Contract Buyer - Oxford, Oxfordshire - £55,000-£65,000

Are you a Buyer who can initially lead the subcontract procurement? Are you wanting to work local to Oxford, Oxfordshire? Are you wanting to join an award winning main contractor?

Responsibilities of the successful Sub Contract Buyer includes:



* Establish procurement strategies
* Value engineering and negotiations
* Sub contract strategy meetings
* Assisting Estimators with tender analysis
* Referencing subcontractors and suppliers
* Maintaining and updating the procurement schedule
* Reviewing quotes and contract terms
* Arranging and chairing pre-selection interviews

Requirements of the successful Sub Contract Buyer includes:



* Experience in procuring a wide range of subcontractor packages
* Driving licence
* HND/HNC/Degree in Construction or Quantity Surveying or relevant experience
