Job Title: Support Engineer

Support Engineer Role:
  • Deliver remote support to customers across the nation as well as globally
  • Take ownership of incidents, troubleshooting in a logical manner
  • Ensure all technical issues are dealt with and progressed properly – escalating through internal teams appropriately and consistent with process
  • Engage closely with clients, providing ad-hoc onsite consultancy as and when the consultancy service team requires
  • Support the business in achieving revenue and margin targets, driving use of the company’s portal internally
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all of their technical support needs are met
Support Engineer:
  • Educated to degree level in a STEM related discipline
  • A full, clean UK driving licence
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
