job description

Have you ever felt like you have this hidden talent for brightening up people's days? Like that time when you got that overwhelming sense of satisfaction by helping someone in need, or the time when you went the extra mile to put a smile on a person's face? If this has got you thinking then please keep reading and seize this golden opportunity right now...

This specialist residential service for adults with complex needs and disabilities is situated within walking distance of the local shops and the bus stop, with ease of access to further facilities like our football club. On the doorstep of the A3, large cities are a short drive away, like London, Southampton and beyond. The residents are all active and love going out, so this is the perfect opportunity for you to combine your caring nature with your interests in various activities! During the day if there's a big game or event on you can come up with ideas for days and trips out- and during night shifts you can entertain yourself in our games rooms!

Aside from days out, there's plenty to do in the home as well! Visualise your potential new workplace- 4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor); 3 upstairs en-suites, a large dining area and a back garden to lounge in on hot Summer days! There's also plenty of space for meeting with families and playing outdoor games with the residents.

Your colleagues will all be supportive team players with a similar passion for helping others and our manager is a living example of your career prospects should you stay with our award-winning organisation. Please keep reading...
