job description

As a specialist school that started off as a free care service over a century ago, we provide positive outcomes in education, care and support for young people. Set on the beautiful coast of Brighton, we are easily accessible by public transport and have a car park for all staff. Our regular activities include our own versions of X Factor, Brighton's Got Talent, Summer events like sports days for the whole family and great ideas like our World Cup Competition!

What are your responsibilities?



* Helping young people with Autism
* Liaising with families, parents and other staff as required
* Encourage independence
* Working in a team to deliver care

What is required?



* Flexible working hours 7am to 2pm or 2pm to 9pm
* Residential experience preferred but not essential
* Experience with working with children
* Car drivers preferred
