Randstad Care is working with one of the countries leading providers of adult care services in the UK.

We are looking for support workers for residential and supported living services across the South West. You could be supporting adults with a learning disability, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome or a mental health condition.

You could be assisting with the daily routine, supporting with personal care and household duties as well as supporting on trips out and about.

At least 6 months experience in the care sector is essential. Ideally you will have NVQ in Health and Social care, but this is not essential.

What the job involves:

* Providing first class care on a one to one basis
* Personal care as and when required
* Assisting with medication
* Taking part in activities in and out of the home

What you need to be on the team:

* A genuine, caring, empathetic personality
* At least six months experience in a previous care role
* Experience of moving and handling people
* Experience of personal care
* Full driving licence and own transport are helpful but not essential
* Wanting to work at least three days per week
