Are you enthusiastic, committed, motivated youth support workers willing to work with young people with learning difficulties on full time rolling rotas.

If yes, I am looking for people who will be happy support children who are transition to adult services in Peterborough area.

The successful candidate will be £8.76/ hour based on 43.5 hours per week for days and £9.71/ hour for Nights and this is a temp to perm contract.

The role:

* Safeguarding young adults at all time.
* Ensuring that the needs of the residents are being met
* Supporting young people with cooking and cleaning
* Creating positive relationships with the young adults
* Participating in a wide range of activities
* Providing dignity and respect.
* Meeting the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the service users.
* Record keeping


* Passion for care and positive can-do attitude
* Ability to interact with a range of people/young people
* Ability to work as part of a team
