Requirements:
A minimum of 6 months experience in the care sector is essential. We require a valid DBS and a minimum of three years of written references.

Job Responsibilities:
* Providing physical, emotional and social support.
* Working with young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
* Providing all aspects of support from day to day tasks to personal and occasional personal care.
